Groundsman/Climber/Cutter

Job Requirements:
- Show up every morning on time with a professional attitude.
- Commit to learning all aspects of safe tree removal including climbing, rope rigging, and operating machinery including chainsaws, chippers, etc.
- Be willing to work outdoors in almost any condition year round.
- Be up to the physical challenges of the job, be fit, be able to lift and drag heavy loads as needed. Learn how to use physics and machinery to move loads correctly.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively. Listen and learn. Speak clearly. Treat customers and all you come in contact with respect.
- Heed safety instructions and be savvy about all potential jobsite hazards.
- Be a team player.
- Perform to the best of your ability every day.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid Drivers license
